I really don’t like some of the things here. Some staff don’t seem to care, they just want to come in and do their job and leave. Then me and my family came from Dallas/Monroe to be here with our dad and they won’t even let us sleep in the waiting room!! All the hotels are full because of a festival that is being held here in New Orleans (which we knew nothing about and even if we did we didn’t come for that we came for our dad!) so we are just sitting up here with no where to sleep and no place to go. Over the years I have spent many days and nights with relatives in critical condition in hospitals all over the place. The professionalism of staff from the Dr's to the cafeteria staff was exemplary. Dr Tim Zeithan, Cari, Steven, Ariel, Tasha and the many others could not be compared. They all have gone above and beyond answering questions ensuring the family is kept of to date on both my Uncles treatment and plan of care.
