Went there and was over charged for being a new patient and didn’t tell me my flu and Covid test were not covered by insurance and had to pay over $200 extra to cover it.
They will charge you $511.00 for “new patient office visit” and then provide no way of discussing this charge. Of course insurance doesn't cover it. Phone number on bill goes to a voicemail. What in the world is going on?!

This Urgent Care does not support its community My son went there after a car accident and they refused to use either insurance he had and sent him away. Oh unless he would sign as cash pay. They do not accept Medicaid but accepted the government payment for Covid vaccination. Please go elsewhere they need to move to the rich neighborhoods not middle class. Louisiana's Healthcare is sad very sad. The worst i have ever experienced in the world where I have lived. Very sickening
