I visited this salon upon the recommendation of a friend who is a loyal customer. I arrived half an hour early and expected to wait but was not shown where magazines were, where the coatrack was (I had to hold my coat while waiting, getting my har washed, etc.), and also was not offerred anything to drink until I was about to get my hair cut.
