Ive been coming here for 2 years, never had a problem, always got a fire haircut. But yesterday my main barber wasnt there, so another employee cut my hair instead. Showed him a picture of what i wanted, and said i wanted to keep the length/volume of my hair, just to trim it and only to take an inch off. Instead, he does the exact opposite, cuts 90% of my hair off, and literally leaves me an inch of hair on top.
