We started slowly going back to eating here. I'm still not too impressed with their staffing choices. Although I will give them props for trying to have some newer menu items that looked decent and weren't too expensive.

For many years, we have enjoyed going to O'Charley's in Hixson for their rolls, chicken tenders, steak, etc., but especially for the potato soup. The last few times we've ate there, the quality of the food hasn't been as good. We recently went for dinner, and determined we won't be back for a long while, if ever! First off, the potato soup was different and not very tasty at all. It tasted like cheez wiz or something similar. Sat for 20 plus minutes without anything being served finally got an appetizer and a drink the waiter was too overwhelmed yet other tables got their rolls etc he needed help we asked to see the manager who never appeared we always have loved o Charley's in Hixson in the past but we will not return
