The worse service we ever had at ocharleys..the service was non existence the food was cold steaks were tough...the asparagus looked like 4 strings of dry weeds..We use to always go to the Collierville location 2 times a week...What happened???.It seems deserted an the food is no where near the price they ask.... this place needs a serious make over,from the cooks,food,an service
Assuming this location wont be open long. I ordered dessert for curbside pickup. I ended up waiting inside the building for my order. The food was packaged good. The caramel pie was good but the cobblers were yucky. The ice cream tasted old with ice.
Good food at fair prices. Friendly staff.
Short staffed, I guess. Food isn't what it used to be.
