I rarely go out, decided on O'Charlies as I haven't been in awhile. Wish I hadn't now. Was originally sitting at a booth but as a larger person was not very comfortable so I moved to a table, that was where the issues started. My server brought me the first round of drink but I had to flag down the hostess in order to get refills as my waiter was no where to be seen. Our waitress didnt give us utensils. At all. We got them ourselves. She stopped us on the way out and said she wont take us again, we didnt tip her and she “doesnt work for free.” Needs to be dealt with.
Great food
Decoded to take my 3 kiddos out for dinner tonight and thought it'd be a great idea to hit up o Charley's as we haven't been in a while. Really wish we wouldn't have. Service was fine but the food was terrible. The oil has to be at least a week old. The food came out cold and was just overall very bad. We will be reluctant to return.
we usually order take out and our last experience was not all that great but decided to give it another try and ordered take out again - we had the SOUTHERN SURF & TURF - very small pieces of fish and chicken fingers and all were very overcooked. they sent 0 sauces and our coleslaw was left off both dinners and 0 butter for the rolls that felt like they had been sitting out for a while. i am giving this a 1 star rating only because the young guy that came out to the car was very nice. we have given this location 2 tries seve... read more
