This has got to be the worst O'Charley's Restaurant. It just keeps getting worse. We spent over $80 for the 2 of us. Food came out cold and sloppy looking. What used to be one of our favorite restaurants is now one we never want to visit again. We stopped in for a quick meal and we got our food 45 minutes after we ordered. The price is to high for the food and service you receive. Such a shame to see this restaurant go downhill as bad as it has.
Great food for reasonable price
I used to love coming to an O’Charleys growing up and wanted to try the restaurant again since it had been so long. I was really dissatisfied with how it was.There were bugs everywhere and service was awful. They weren’t busy so there was so reason for our food to come out 30 minutes late and cold. We got our salad and soup and it looked like someone just threw ingredients into a bowl without a care while making our salad. The soup was cold and clumpy not how soup should be.
