We absolutely love OCharley's, however, today's service was absolutely horrible. Whole se tions of the restaurant are not be utilized due to a lack of staff. Very slow to be seated and then waiting way to long for food. Definitely not busy enough to have necessitated the wait.
Came here because I had a gift card. The food was subpar and flavorless. The strawberry lemonade was the best tasting item that I had. The waitress was not real attentive or welcoming. If I never visit here again, that'll be too soon.
Great place to relax & eat a great meal. It's disappointing that O'Charleys have closed most of their locations, so when I was in this part of town, I made it a point to go here to eat because I really miss the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and service was excellent.. Food was hot and fresh and good value.
