We stopped by this location one evening hoping to enjoy a nice dinner together. The parking lot was fairly empty. There were only about eight cars, and two of those were already leaving, so we figured we'd be seated and able to order pretty quickly. How to order through doordash the service from the deliverer was top notch the service from O'Charley's was horrible I'll order a 6 oz top sirloin steak it had about 2 oz or more of gristle and fat as for medium rare got a rare steak and I honestly believe that if I was a sit-down customer that would not have been a problem but because of being a doordash delivery then let the quality of their food and the quality of their restaurant diminish horrible why because they know there was no way that I can get a refund.
I ordered carside pickup and they brought piping hot food to my car as soon as I pulled up. Everything was great.
They just keep raising the prices
This place was just okay. Not really worth it for the price, but if you find yourself dining there, I recommend the chicken fingers or grilled BBQ chicken. The beef wasn't good at all.
