My aunt choses to celebrate her birthdays at Ocharley's so 5 of us ordered dinners, drinks and strawberry cheesecake to go. But my aunt who rarely complains and her roommate did not enjoy the breaded shrimp. They said it was fried too hard and too much bread. I called Ocharley's to voice this complaint. I was told twice that the manager would return my call but I never received a call back about this.
I am not sure what anyone else experiences at this O'Charley's, especially in lieu of the closing announcement, but I must give kudos to the staff that was there today. If O'Charley's does not open up another location nearby, other restaurants need to scoop in to offer this staff an opportunity to work for them.
