Wonderful Food At O'Charleys This is one of the best places in the Springfield area to eat. Their rolls are to die for. They have wonderful customer service. I always feel valued as a customer. They have a good menu selection. Some things are a bit pricey though for the regular middle class family. However, kids ALWAYS eat free. Most restaurants don't offer that anymore. PROS: GREAT food, good selection on menue, good customer service, kids eat free. CONS: Sometimes can be pricey. Sometimes there is a long wait to get in.
