This location is lucky they can get one star even! First off when I walk in and there are people complaining about the service I should have been weary. But the main concern is that I called in an order for a fried chicken salad, they said 15-20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later and still sat inside for another 12 waiting to receive my order! As the other reviewer mentioned, this restaurant is another in a long line of chain restaurants. But, having said that, I did find it to be one with a very wide menu selection, clean, comfortable facilities and courteous waitstaff. My companions and I each tried something different and none of us had anything bad to say about the food. The waitress was attentive, but not overly so.
