diner This place has gone downhill. It used to be my favorite place to go but in the last two years the service has declined.
good food - good food, they have made some changes that seem to be more on the cost consious than the service of the customer, but the food is good and the atmostphere is enjoyable
Wonderful Food O'Charleys never fails to serve and delicious steak or anything else on the menu. The salads are out of this world and fresh. The desserts like the Key Lime Pie is worth the pucker it gives you when you bite into it. The service is friendly and aim to please thru your whole visit. Wide variety of selections on the menu. Plenty of parking the only drawback is more parking for handicap with vans.
O'Charley's, Hickory, NC We love O'Charley's. They have a great new promotion of 2 meals for $14.99, which is great for anyone watching their budget. Good food....good selection to choose from. Something for everyone. On Sundays, there is a lady that walks around making balloon creations for the kids, so it makes that wait for the food a little more enjoyable.
Great Food, Great Service We were greeted by a very friendly hostess who asked us how many and smoking or non-smoking. We were seated immediately and within a couple minutes of being seated, a gal in her twenties greeted us and took our drink orders. Upon her return she took our dinner orders. The food came out quickly and was cooked and presented very well. When she saw my son eating the craisins off my salad, she took it upon herself to go get him a little cup of his own craisins. Good chain restaurant You know exactly what you're getting with their food. Not stellar, but not bad. Good food and good atmosphere, decent beer menu. The bread is tremendous.
take out order First off I love this place! Today I went and the girl that seats you was surprisingly rude! Just about Everyone working there acted as if they hated there job! The person who took my order was the most professional person I saw there and she was doing take out orders....WHAT!!!!! I will def go back because I love the food. They def gonna have to beef up the staff they are real bad!!!
