Loaded potato soup was way too salty, and the cheese was just nasty. Took 1 hr for their "express lunch", server kept disappearing, and food was lackluster in every way. Location and quality has gone way down hill over the years.
Normally it's great. I ordered the loaded potato skins. Just about all of them were burnt around the edges so I only ate the middle out of them. I was disappointed this trip
I always enjoy eating at O'Charley's! I don't think I've ever had anything there that i didn't like!
First Timers went on a Sunday. Rolls were good, but other food we ordered was poor Quality! Burger and fries. Bar area seemed to be understaffed. Girl beside me waited like 10 min before she was served at all.
Great food and service, the alcoholic beverages are awesome as well and I like how they add their own twist to certain styles on the food and beverages!
Sat at the bar for dinner on a Friday night. The couple next to us sent food back. I sent food back. The gentleman to my husband's left got 3 steaks before his was right. Or maybe he just gave up. The quality of the food was horrible. The following day- upset stomach all day. Won't be back
Service was great, food was delicious. Nice, clean atmosphere
