We have been in the area for 8 days & eaten out twice a day & WE ( 8 ) went there to nite for a birthday dinner: 1 ordered a prime rib 12oz. & it was paper thin & came out over 1/2 fat, sent it back & after almost everyone was finished the lady mgr. Finally came out of the bath room & placed an order for a replacement The birthday girls meal was ruined. I ordered a diet coke & water & w/ 1/3 of my meal left I ask a mgr. We had a good. time. The food is very good....... thanks.
Restaurant was not busy, but sat in the bar (that is where husband and I like to sit when we go there). SIX dirty tables in the bar... customers were gone, but dishes, glasses, trash, etc. on these tables. We chose one of the few clean ones. Food was okay, not great... waitress was attentive. HOWEVER, those six dirty tables were never cleaned up, in the whole hour that we were there! Disgusting! Definitely get the Louisiana sirloin it's delicious! Hospitality is wonderful! Would definitely come back!
Service was great as well as timely but the nacho's weren't good. I always expect nacho cheese to come with nachos and would rather have regular canned or pickled jalapenos.
O'Charley's is my favorite restaurant. Good service and good food. I am allergic to sugar products. I would love to see sugar free items on the menu, such as apple pie.
I had an excellent experience. Friendly bartender and quickly served a tall Yuengling for about 3.50. Bartender gave suggestions on a dinner entree and I received an amazing Cajun chicken pasta as soon as I was finishing my salad. Couldn't ask for a more enjoyable experience.
