This store is great! Everyone is super friendly and any issues we have ever had the manager has swiftly resolved. We love the servers here and the laid back atmosphere.
My first visit to O'Charley's will be my last. The restaurant opens at 11:00 am. The doors were still locked at 11:10. When they opened, I noted that there were six people already seated and eating. The booth my friend and I were seated at had crumbs on the seat and floor. The waitress passed by four times before she took our drink order.
