Food was good but the waitress seriously was from another planet..every 5 minutes she came back to our table to give us a update on when we were going to get our food but it never came..15 minutes to get a salad and then we had to here a story of spirit swapping because we shared our dessert..oh yeah the people behind never got their appetizer so she told them about the legend of the kitchen where other people steal their food..on the bright side there was no cover charge for all of this
I have always loved brunch at Ocharleys. Haven't been lately until last sunday. Why would you take the simplest breakfast: eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes and toast and put it on the ala carte only menu? I searched the menu over and over looking for this staple regular breakfast only to be told it's only on the ala carte. Just didn't understand this menu change...
Sticky table, disorganized staff, incomplete menus, waiters who are not paying attention to empty drinks....
