Love the location as well as the clinic however billing department is a nightmare. For some reason my daughters visit in 1/25 generated two bills. OCH was able to correctly submit one to my insurance but not the other. Evidently they did not submit the correct ins ID number. Have called multiple times(5+) to the billing department to get this addressed. Have spoken to several billing reps and their supervisors with the claim still not submitted to insurance. Meanwhile they are threatening to send to collections.
This hospital was very under-whelming. The floors are tinged with roughness and seem dirty. The wheelchairs are all janky and the staff couldn’t set an IV for me. I was told their facility is too small to offer ultrasound guided IV therapy and that I would have to sign an AMA form should I not accept care. This place isn’t even set up for the care of animals, much less people that are in need of affordable care! Breaks my heart..
