Buyer beware if you wish to claim services under health insurance. I paid $195/hour for the service of an intern and my insurance claim was rejected as she is not herself registered with Telus Health. I explained the insurance issue to the intern I had seen and was told she doesn't intend to become registered. I have never worked with a therapist who is not registered, and I can't understand why a professional would decline to get registered.
Do not go to this clinic for any type of therapy...especially marriage counseling, they will definitely destroy your relationship forsure...
I have severe concerns about Natasha as a therapist. She had an inappropriate relationship with my ex (who wasn't my ex at the time) beginning with them exchanging emails to each others private addresses, not the OCFI address. She was helping him to write a break up letter to me, actually editing it - I saw her handwriting - telling him what to say. She had just graduated at this time and with no experience in her personal life without children to be able to relate to a mother's point of view and having never met me she help... read more
