I called simply to inquire about a part I couldn't take apart myself. I spoke to Kevin who asked me to bring it in. I went to both Jeep and Goodyear prior to this phone call and both couldn't help me. Kevin took the part walked in the back and less than 5 minutes later handed me the part I needed. He did not ask for payment just told me to have a good weekend. Ocellos is the place you want to go for all your automotive needs! They are honest, trustworthy and the staff is incredible. Danny went out of his way to make sure my car would be fixed in a timely manner while handling his own very busy hectic day. Thankyou again great customer service!!!

Ok, so I hear a rattle from the rear passenger side of my suv truck, not sure where to go or who to trust! Pulled into Ocello's. greeted by Kevin, an amazing friendly smile! He said, no worries and they put her on the lift and immediately showed me the challenge, and it's a simple fix of a washer and nut! Could have charged me big bucks, but nope ... instead I got to listen to the owner Rob play what he loves to do! His piano is in his office! Who does this? My name is Devin Rodriguez, I went to Ocello's a month ago just to get tires mounted on my vehicle and as I waited I realized there fantastic customers service. I needed a few things done emergency to my vehicle yesterday and it was done the same day. They have excellent customer service and my car was better then ever. Also there pricings are 100% fair. I have lived in South Florida for 12 years. The first years I took my cars to dealers (too expensive) and some other little shops. Then I found Ocello's. Rob and his crew are always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They tell you all that is going on, what the (reasonable) cost will be and YOU make the decision if you are going to have the work done. If you are having work, it is done completely and speedily. It is the only place we take our cars now.

Rob takes pride in his business and has a heart to serve others. He goes out of his way to make sure every customer is satisfied. You don't find business owners that care for their customers and surrounding community like Ocello's Automotive.

Nothing but great customer service, communication and results!!! I am a firm believer in supporting family owned businesses whenever possible. Ocello's was recommended to me by someone else, and I haven't gone anywhere else since then for all of my car repair and tire needs!
