Beware if this company. There is at least a 15% stocking fee if u return something. There product still never fit right. I bought some wheelchair brake extensions and I still needed to modify to get them to fit. It would have been cheaper at amazon
I needed the right arm for my scooter. Lady was very pleasant. Very fast delivery packaged well will use them again. Five stars
BEWARE - do not buy from this company unless you are 100 per cent sure that you will be keeping the merchandise. My husband ordered two chair assists that arrived yesterday. We took one out of the box and my husband didn’t like the feel of it. We immediately placed it back in the box to be returned. I called customer service and was told that we are going to be assessed a 25 per cent restocking fee.
