I have a friend that took over a unit for a relative & he paid it early. My friend went to pay the next months bill, (before it was due) & they were closed. So he went back 3 days later & found he was locked out of the unit for it not being paid on time. The manager/owner or whoever he was, threw a total temper tantrum at my friend yelling at him that he didn't have a contract.
