I had Bobby out to evaluate my a/c issues I had been having for the past month. He took two hours to examine and concluded I didn’t need a new unit as I was told by another service company. He was very complete in his examination and in explaining his conclusions. Bobby was referred by a neighbor of ours . I called them and Bobby was at my house in about two hours that same day! I’m glad I followed my neighbors advice.
Just had my first service with Oceanview Heat and A/C. Michael and Matthew were excellent. Let me know exactly what they were doing and what to expect going forward. I chose a plan that fit my needs and will schedule some upgrades to my system that will improve it's performance. These guys take the time to show the homeowner everything that they notice about your system and all the ways that can improve it. Very professional and courteous. I feel good about hiring them to do any work on my HVAC system.
