Can't find a better hotel in the area for the nightly rate than The Oceanus. It's well-furnished, clean, and conveniently located to the beach as well as a wide array of restaurants and novelty stores. It sustains maximum hospitality even through lower activity tourist seasons, my stays here were in October.
The folks at Oceanus have the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! I’ve had the worst luck all summer long with both my dog and myself getting sick right before this and other trips. I had to reschedule twice and everyone was so nice and understanding! Huge shoutout to Gayle, Jean, and Dan! I’ll definitely make a point to stay with them next year when it’s time to hit the beach!! Now excuse me as I spend my weekend pouting that I’m not wiggling my toes in the sand…

Booked this hotel last minute for a 2 night trip with my daughter and honestly it's been a great stay. The rooms are clean, service is super friendly, the pool is nice, it's quiet and it's in a great location for walking around Rehobeth. Will certainly come back again. A*
What an amazing place to stay! From the point of check in with Jean who is just lovely.. all the through our stay was just perfect! Our room was spotless and cleaning staff was so sweet if you needed anything extra. Great location to the whole town and the beach! Would absolutely stay here again! Checking out I had a great conversation with Jean who knew all the good restaurants which we should have asked about but did ok picking ourselves. Wish we thought to ask her ahead of time.
