An absolute nightmare.
Floor has been in now since March of 2018 still bouncing and squeezing needed Rob , he was to busy Christmas Day w/company had to walk on floor that floated 3 inches called 3 weeks later , said he had the best guys (NOT) also over bid job took back 10 boxes of flooring so I got ripped off on installation also do yourself a favor find someone else,Tom R
When I first hired Rob to install my vinyl plank floors from Floor and Decor he worked for one of their contractors. After that, He informed me he was on his own. He did a great job on the floors, however, he was due for a follow up appt. to touch up and paint the molding but never showed up. Never returned phone call re the same. Heard others have had issues with him also. Can't say enough about Floor and Decor and wanted to recommend him to friends. Can't.
Rob Tangredi and his dedicated just completed a large (four room and two hallways with 14 doors) project in our Bonita Springs home. Rob made several suggestions. We followed them all--that we install flooring on a diagonal and utilize different transitions and baseboard trim. We were very pleased with the results. Lydia and John Tobian
I wouldn't recommend this man to my worst enemy. He showed up at my clients home and because he didn't do his due diligence when estimating the job he failed to take notice of the conditions he would be required to deal with to complete the job. (The tile wasn't laid over linoleum. It was laid on concrete, which he could have easily discover had he taken the time to lift a corner of the carpet at the time of the estimate, which by the way, he was a date late for.
