Online booking (Thousand Trails) says you must call to book, however this campground will not take your call. Called multiple times, over multiple days, left voicemails, never heard anything back.
Made a reservation with 3 month prior that they make you wait to get canceled 2 weeks after you booked it to get stranded since now you cant book anything since everything else is booked. When you trust that you had your reservation with this people and leave you on the streets .
Very upset with how the lady in the front office treated us after paying so much money to stay here.
Bathrooms are super old and there is hair all over the women’s showers, but the staff was friendly and overall it was an ok experience. Loved that the washers and dryers had an app to let you know when the load was done but wish we could start laundry earlier.
