oh, and I just saw the review for Bob Bard in 2010. Obviously this was a horrible review for him and Oceanside Realty. My experience was in 2012 so he is still earning bad reviews 2 years later! We dealt with him also and can concur he is the worst. You see below that their agency somehow got the details of his bad review removed -that's how dishonest they are!!!! Response to Review about Bob Bard – As it happens in life, you cannot please 100% of the people 100% of the time and there is more than 1 side to every story. That being said, I am writing this response to the "Bob Bard" review to let everyone know that 99% of that posting is a slanderous lie. To that point, if you have any questions at all, please feel free to call the agency and ask for Bob and/or a list of his many satisfied clients (many of who come back year after year).
