OMG, talk about results beyond your expectation, it happened today at OMS. Had my car in the shop the last couple of days for some needed maintenance. One of the things on "my list" was to get it detailed and headlights cleaned before the end of the year. (Christmas present to myself). I love this place. Neil and his staff service all of my cars which include three BMW's, an Audi and even my Mercedes Sprinter. Their service is impeccable but I love the fact that they make sure I will never be stranded with their Happy Car Club which includes free diagnostics and a whole bunch of other discounts and stuff. Their preventative care for the vehicle and lifetime warranty are worth every penny. Peace of mind that my cars are running at their best. I highly recommend them for any German auto needs.
Impeccable service. Stayed in constant contact with us, explained everything thoroughly, worked as quickly as they could within obvious restraints, and even offered to pick me up to bring me to the shop to pick up my car when it was finished. They truly go above and beyond. Will never be taking my car to vista or Encinitas bmw ever again. Can't stress enough how great the service is.
