What a disappointment! This was the worst mortgage company experience! My loan contact was *******. He was nice. I did everything he asked me to do and he understood my frequent calls were to make sure the process ran smoothly. This was a VA loan. The loan process was unorganized. A day before "closing", Oceanside asked me to help my husbands' current employer and also a company that he was employed with for 43 1/2 years. Yesterday,1/09/2017, I filed a grievance asking the BBB to review Oceanside Mortgage Company's lax business practices. After filing my grievance, I went online and found the CEO of Oceanside Mortgage Company. I telephoned him and was told he was out of the office. I left a message and was almost immediately contacted by Mr. Stone, CEO. We spoke and he assured me my problem would be resolved. Excellent service from beginning to closing of my loan refinance. Carmine was fabulous in taking my loan application and making it a simple enjoyable process.
Was the best customer service by far have done 5 mortgages or refines in my life these guys are the best thanks to chris n steve 10 stars answered all my questions always got back to me promptly made sure to explain everything to me and then some would recommend them to family n friends
