Horrible. And they don’t give you the deposit back. No one answers the phone either.
This is a great boutique hotel right on the main strip in North Beach. The rates are good and the location is perfect. The vibe at the restaurant and bar is amazing and they got a happy hour every night with free drinks. I’ll definitely stay here again, these guys did it right.

Second day room service came and i said can you clean the room later today or tomorrow. She said yes but never came to clean the room. Today i let the front desk know about it requested a room cleaning also mentioned that water is dripping from ac right into bed. No one hasn’t show or do follow up. Overall, it was a bad experience
Services everytime that you call you can't never get in touch with Nobody at the front desk
