My primary care physician sent me to Harry to explore sacral cranial therapy. I originally went to see Harry just to experience the work before a weekend workshop in Craniosacral Therapy. I had no painful symptoms. During the treatment I had a big release in my jaw and at first thought it was odd because I hadn't noticed my jaw was tight and I've never had TMJ . Then I remembered that I grind my teeth at night... My husband says he hasn't heard me grind my teeth since!
