It seems as though their mother company GSM doesn't want your money. I had Erik come out on Friday who was great knew the problem right away and said that his company would be contacting me to set up an appointment to put in a new motor. I did not receive a call all day Friday and half way through Saturday even though thats when Erik had said they would return. Haim was very professional, helpful & knowledgeable.And was able to fix my broken garage door spring on short notice on a Sunday, which was very convenient for me. I'm in the customer satisfaction business myself & would definitely recommend Ocean Garage Doors. 5 stars for sure!
