They locked my keys in the car. And the manager wouldn’t even come out and apologise. Very unprofessional! Would not recommend!!
I personally think their over priced. I paid for the full service 50 something dollars. My car was clean to begin with. I just got from a dealer the week before. Can't stand salt. But there was still stuff on the inside of the car. Still had to bring it island park Texas to re vacuum it.
I just took my car and my daughter’s car spent over 80.00 and the back seat and trunk were not vacuumed. Tried calling them and no answer. Very disappointing! I should have done it myself. Figured I would give them another chance and keep the business in Oceanside, but never again will I go back!
You will never be disappointed at this car wash, they are very detailed in cleaning and finishing your vehicle. If you are not happy let the team know and they are more then happy to address your concern. I am a monthly member and love the Empire Group locations. Try one of there many locations.
