Traded a Yukon for a Town & Country. Love our new van. Found the van their website. Brian G helped us so much. Got top dollar for our trade in. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car without the hassle of a huge dealership.
Excellent customer service, friendly staff, and fast approvals. Oceanside Auto is by far the best dealership I have dealt with in years. If you need a new car, talk to Brett in sales he will do what it takes to get you into a new vehicle.
I do not recommend this dealership to anyone! I traded my 4 door Jeep for a 2 door when I test drove the Jeep I could smell the clutch and knew it was bad, they told me it’s been through our shop it’s fine, turns out it wasn’t the clutch was shot, the e brake line wasn’t connected and 6th gear had no power. They took my Jeep and replaced the clutch which took over a week and gave it back saying everything had been fixed. A week later I had to take it back because only the clutch had been fixed. If I could give this place one star I would! When we bought the car it was great. We traded in my car and got a new car. We bought the car in December. It’s now March and I checked my credit score to find that my old car hadn’t been paid off until February! Seriously?! My credit score got hit with a 120 day late payment! When I called and asked them about this they said sorry there is nothing we can do. Are you kidding me? And not only did my score get hit but my moms did too since she was the consigner.
