We have rented from this company before and no big issues. Six months ago we rented a condo for this July for the whole month. Two weeks before check in they send us an email that they were cancelling our reservation. That there had been some changes to the HOA. So here we are two weeks before check in in the middle of summer vacation on the beach with no place to go. They acted as if it was no big deal. I am a property owner that was under management by Oceans Luxury Realty for over 2 years and VERY DISAPPOINTED to say the least. First, I had them manage my house for a vacation rental. The software they used to track income was riddled with errors. It showed that I had more money coming to me then what they gave me. I have stayed in luxury rentals and this is more like what you would rent with your college friends! We drove 27 hours to this disaster!
