My daughter participated in the adolescent IOP at Oceans Behavioral Hospital Greater New Orleans – Marrero Campus. Before enrolling her, I provided her BCBS insurance information to Crystal Foley and specifically asked what the sessions would cost. If you, yourself, or a close someone has an addiction issue they want to resolve, this is possibly the worst place they can land. Do not send someone who genuinely wants to heal here, they will not!
Some of the technicians like Quell and Kela were disrespectful to me and some of the other patients.
I had a roof over head and decent food. Nearly all of the staff were incompetent and/or callous. Good medical/psychiatric care was non-existant. The best part of the experience was bring allowed to smoke outside. Yours truly, Rebecca
