Excellent service easy If you live in Brockton, you want to know them. The spring on our garage door broke at approximately 4pm on a Sunday. I called at about 4:15 PM and Ocean’s Garage Doors answered the phone and talked with me about a repair the next morning. Ted came out to my house 2 hours before the appointment time slot (he did call and ask if it was okay) and replaced the torsion tube and spring within an hour. Our garage door stopped working and Ocean’s Garage Doors got it back in action. Unfortunately, what I thought may be a small fix ended up being a busted spring. The cost obviously increased given such but having a friendly guy like Steven out made the impact bearable. He was outgoing, knowledgeable, and did it all in a good mood. Thanks Ocean’s Garage Doors. Would recommend them to others.
Contractor you can trust. From phone call to the final payment, they have been awesome. And the fact that Phillip spent half an hour to teach us about the new door tells me that this is a company that I want to recommend so others will know how good they are.
