HUUUGE rave to Oceans Floor Beauty !!!! I had terrible patches of orange from my previous red hair, and it was horrible. I seen lovely Natasha's amazing work on facebook and her prices were more than affordable for anyone! I reached out and she gave me a quote on the price, even gave me her opinion on my hair and such.
