My experience with Oceans Behavioral Hospital was and has been for the past 8 years -extremely disappointing. The facility was very disorganized from the beginning. Communication between staff members seemed inconsistent, and it often appeared that no one knew what was going on. I frequently received different answers depending on who I spoke with, which made an already stressful situation even more frustrating. This place is worth it outpatient helps a lot it helps you get through hard times and give you tools and skills to never forget and keep using
Front desk unprofessional. The middle age Korean woman was very rude!! They were all rude. Never a smile on them. The only professional is the psychiatrist. Place has a terrible smell. Guest bathroom is dirty and floors are sticky.
