My partner's Autistic brother is a patient and while they have been helping, they are failing to tell their mother anything despite her having Power of Attorney over him and being told multiple times they need to tell her directly because of his memory problems, which is a direct violation of federal law. My mom was sent back to the nursing home from here with a UTI so bad the ER said her urine looked like orange juice and she was dehydrated. Very little contact from them while she was there.
