The facility needs to be shut down. I’ve left an extremely damaging review and no one has called me back. My name is Charlotte Crowe. I was a patient there in April. Waiting to hear back from my Medicare representative as they have decided that I was overcharged and it is Medicare fraud. All the employees there are terrible. They have no respect for anyone and they have no love in their heart for anyone. Withheld medications resulting in death needing CPR & chest tube, lost denture, mental cruelty, no privacy. Medical neglect daily. Do not send anyone here you care about.

The day shift of techs are very rude, lazy, and they are there to collect a little paycheck! I went there to get my medication regulated, and left with my car keyed by the day shift John! I was told they don’t have cameras, and the investigation didn’t lead them to believe my car was damaged there. Btw my medications are still not regulated. It was a waste of time, and a waste of medicaid dollars! In addition, I meet with the therapist once, and she formulated a whole incorrect picture of me when she reported to my sister. This place is awful!! No compassion for the patients at all. My husband was admitted in the middle of the night. They did not explain any processes to him when he was admitted. He missed breakfast and their excuse was heartless. "Well we don't wake the but only open the door and say breakfast" . For someone who is afraid and unknown to this facility, he should have been woken up and the process of breakfast time discussed. My mom is there at oceans in Katy Texas and Mandy Nichols has been an absolute angel!! My mom has Alzheimer’s and has not been the best patient but the nurses Victoria and Leslie have been so amazing!! They have been loving my momma like she is their family member!! The people are all so loving and caring!!
