Nikki always listens to everything I’m concerned about, takes into account the medications I’d like to try and what I want to stay away from. And she always fits and adjusts my medications when needed to fit me. Also the receptionist, Angela, is so sweet warm and welcoming every single time I come in, and when I call her needing something. I really feel seen, heard, and taken care of here.
lady that answered the phone is so rude, she’s just sighing into the phone and acting like i’m putting her into misery for asking a simple question.
I have been twice. In 2024 after a failed suicide and 2025 for the same reason. I attended their IOP program for 5months. I continue with the outpatient center and every part of it was great! They work very hard, alot of hours but if you go there with an open mind and heart they will do anything for you. They saved my life twice. Dirty bugs. Doctors don't care. No rules. Had to go to er to find why I hurt so bad. Give meds that made sodium levels drop to near admitted levels. I told dr. I had this problem too. Wasted money and time.
All they have is group therapy that's it. They can't help and autistic adult that needs 247 care and supervision.
