This place is terrible, the only good thing about it is a few good staff members. They talk about patients, tell other people why people are there, refused to get someone to fix phones, don’t answer questions, they’re rude towards certain patients they don’t favor. The cleaning lady barely cleans the bathrooms. They let a girl seize out on the floor for almost an hour while everyone could see. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone who needs actual mental help.
RUDE ! EVERYONE HAD A DIFFERENT MESSAGE. STAFF SO UNPROFESSIONAL! NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY. GET A COMPLETE NEW STAFF WHO ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT.
Lack of communication with the family members. They keep telling us if the patient wants to speak with us they have a phone there for them to call us. My mother has Lewy Body dementia and doesn't know how to use a phone anymore. We went to visit her and they told us she didn't want visitors, which we kind of figured she would do because she's having severe delusions from the dementia and thinks she has a new husband and family.
