This makes no sense.you call to see what’s going on with your love one because No One reaches out to you. and this is the person that’s interdicted and deemed incompetent through a court no one contact you and let you know what’s going on. You tell them not to give her all the medication and they still give her all the medication’s every time I call I get a voicemail. I can’t talk to nobody. This place is so unprofessional. I do not know how it’s even open. It’s unreal

My wife is stuck there now. In Gretna, La. The majority of the staff is completely unprofessional and don't know anything or weren't properly trained and equipped for the job. And these are the people, company, and certified individuals we are left to leave or trust them with. And LOUISIANA IS A COMPLETE FAILURE WHEN IT COMES TO HEALTH AND MENTAL HEALTH CARE
If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. All the negative reviews are 1000000000% true. This “company” is ran down and have NO INTEREST in helping your loved one. THEY ABUSE and treat their patients and patients family like it’s a bother to wake up & do the job they applied for. If you don’t have a good heart & can’t do what’s right by YOUR PATIENT — QUIT.
