My son says the food is so bad he would rather go without
My daughter was sent here. She told me this place sucks, and I agree. If I could rate 0 I would. There is a lot of issues with this facility. They are disorganized, and none of the staff are on on the same page about anything. My daughter was only given a few minutes to take a shower on her first day in. When I asked the staff, I was told they get 15-20 minutes per kid and they were "unaware" that my daughter hadn't showered in 4 days due to not having enough time. Had went here in 2015, and they had given me medications that my parents had specifically told them not to give me.
It's disgusting; not just in the term of sanitation, (which is sorry enough), but also the staff. The staff is rude and unprofessional, female and male patients use the same restroom, the hygiene products are horrible, and the cleanliness of the entire place is absolutely and utterly nasty. If I could, I'd rate this place 0 stars. Seriously, shut it down. If you have any control over it, do not allow your child to be sent to this awful place. this place was HORRIBLE it's so much drama, the food is terrible, the staff instigate fights, and one of the nurses tried fighting one of the patients, my time while i was there we only did one therapy group, the bathrooms were disgusting, some days they wouldn't let us shower. one girl wanted to fight me and she said she wanted to fight me right in front of the staff and the staff just LAUGHED. i came out so much worse than when i went in, NEVER go here or don't send ur kids here.
