I grabbed my plunger when the toilet started overflowing, and despite doing all that I could a flood VERY quickly started. I am so thankful that Ken showed up as quickly as he did and snaked the toilet and also vacuumed up all of the water from the bathroom and bedroom. I have a family member that lives in the building and the whole building is infested in rodents and all the management does is give stickers to catch . Instead of calling professional .
