Whenever I submit a service request to our Maintenance Dept. or send a message to the office it is almost always addressed within less than 48 hours (and often within 24 hours, if that!) Recently Joe, our Superintendent, came to do some work in my apt. and as always he was reliable, patient and professional. Kenneth and John from our Maintenance Dept. are both very dependable and proactive also.
