My experience with Ken was very helpful. He does his job with expertise. Asks about the issue and goes right to it. He is neat, and cleans up the area. If you see him working somewhere or walking and you have an issue and ask him he tells you what you can do, or if you can't to call the office and put in a work order. Any time I need something done and he comes he is always efficient doing his job without a complaint. He is also very helpful. A great person to deal with.
