2 bed + den has the neighbors balcony right beside the micro small "master" bedroom - literally your neighbors can knock on your window. The "den" is an entry closet only big enough for a wire shelving unit to use as possible food storage. It should be illegal to call these tiny, units with zero privacy 2 bedrooms. Don't waste your time looking
Centrally located in Sidney, the Oceanna is a newer building, however, there are no amenities, lack of parking, rent is far and above already high market rates for the features, quality and size of the units, management changes frequently, and overall construction leaves excessive noise between units and appliances regularly fail! If you don’t live on the top floor, I suggest you bring ear plugs or have no issues with hearing the every move of your upstairs neighbour!
We recently moved in and its awesome. Janice the building manager is super attentive and very helpful. Construction finished a long time ago and its very quiet in the building. Its perfectly located for Sidney shops and restaurants
The building is very well managed (by Janice). It is centrally located - minutes to the theatre, restaurants, shops, businesses and the ocean. The suites are modernly designed. I would and do recommend it to any potential tenants.
Have been living in Oceanna for two years - from the very beginning: entered a brand new apartment. Everything is perfect: spacious rooms, central location in the city (300 m to the sea, 200 m to grocery store, very close to everything), excellent domestic appliances, attention from the management. Absolutely happy residing here.
