We recently moved in and its awesome. Janice the building manager is super attentive and very helpful. Construction finished a long time ago and its very quiet in the building. Its perfectly located for Sidney shops and restaurants
The building is very well managed (by Janice). It is centrally located - minutes to the theatre, restaurants, shops, businesses and the ocean. The suites are modernly designed. I would and do recommend it to any potential tenants.
Have been living in Oceanna for two years - from the very beginning: entered a brand new apartment. Everything is perfect: spacious rooms, central location in the city (300 m to the sea, 200 m to grocery store, very close to everything), excellent domestic appliances, attention from the management. Absolutely happy residing here.
Concierge is hardly ever there, and if he is, he’s often napping. The construction noise is absolutely horrendous. Constantly asked to move your vehicle with no notice, the mess left on your vehicle is worse than if you parked it outside, which you can’t because it’s all timed parking. Get blocked in or out of the garage because of construction, fire alarms being set off constantly because of the construction.
