My family and I were hoping to book a home for a 4 nights, to spend time together in a beautiful place, memorializing my mother who died this month. I reached out to Jose about a property and he said the owner of the property only wanted a week long stay and would not be flexible. When I asked about other properties that Jose sent us, he said they would not be flexible as well. This was my first experience with Oceanic Realty and I could not be more impressed. Beau was a delight to work with, friendly, helpful, and quick to answer all my questions. The level of customer service went beyond anything I ever imagined and I will definitely use Oceanic Realty again.
Oceanic is the best! Their staff are great: patient, kind, thoughtful and attentive to client needs. The vacation rental and real estate business is very competitive, so it wouldn't surprise me if the negative review was posted by one of Oceanic Realty's many competitors. I've used their services for over ten years, and recommend them to all my friends. They always go above and beyond to make their customers happy.
