This is NOT their work. But I called before hand and expressed that I wanted a ACRYLIC design. The owner stated that they did indeed provide that service. However, After an Uber to the salon I was told they don’t provide the service. I even opt for a different style just to be accommodated. He wanted to charge me almost $40 just to ONLY paint my nails.. When I asked of him to be fair, he wanted to blame me. I don’t know why we keep giving OUR money to these people. Listen to the reviews!
If you are looking for a relaxing, customer service friendly environment where your nail tech listens to you and the work is quality……..DO NOT come here. Do not let convenience and price allow you to put up with disrespect. The owner Phillip is very condescending and Lina the technician is very rude and dismissive. I went the other day with my sister to get our nails done, the man doing my nails didn’t listen to me and didn’t do my design correctly, I asked for my design to be on my middle finger, he put it on my ring finger, I asked for dark blue, he gave me teal, and my nail started chipping already!! He also cut my fingers and saw the blood but didn’t even do anything!! I do not recommend going here, if your getting your nails at the beach, go somewhere else!! First time here and LiLi took great care of me. salon was clean and inviting and they offer you water. I received a pedicure and eyebrow wax. I will be back.
