Visit our lengthy fishing pier that extends out into the crisp blue water. Cast your line, get comfortable and calmly wait for a bite while the fishing and pleasure vessels pass through the inlet on their voyage to and from the vast Atlantic Ocean. When you want to enjoy the wide, sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, it's simply a walk away. Within walking distance you will find the boardwalk amusements, shops, restaurants, night clubs, marinas and churches. The Oceanic Motel...what a catch!!!

The rooms are small and outdated. They lack cleanliness and are literally falling apart. The outlets are very loose, we only had a few working ones in our room that would keep a plug in. No curtains (just cheap blinds) so nothing to block out the light. Flies everywhere (but the room came with a fly swatter in it). The private Bay Area used to be nice but it’s very trashy now. Location is good but you’re better off to spend more money for a more comfortable stay.
I will definitely be coming back! The private section of the beach is a beautiful scenic view and the hammocks are a nice touch! The rooms have a retro vintage cozy feel to them, will all your basic needs, bathroom fridge and cable tv, the closeness to the boardwalk is unbeatable, literally a block away, the pool is well cleaned and maintained but overall I’d say the hospitality is what won me over, the workers/owners are very family centered and I’d say it’s a very family safe place, with no disruptions at all, and at 500 f... read more
