Kara has been great helping me through a difficulty I never thought I would experience. She makes me feel like a friend but is also giving me helpful advice and tools to use at home. I have no complaints!
I’ve been seeing Karalyn since she was with Palmers Counseling. She’s the only reason why I️ came to this therapy office, because I’ve been locked in with her for the past 3 years. I’m sure the other therapist are great, but I’m sticking with Kara forever lol
Kara is excellent. She listens to you, laughs with you, and doesn't judge you while giving good tips and advice for help you need. I think she is especially good for those in their mid to late 20s as she too is around that age, making her easy to relate to. I know some ppl out there struggled with older therapists and psychiatrists.
We love Kara! My daughter sees her twice a month! She gives my daughter an unbiased outlet that feels safe! And she offers tips and advice on ways to deal with anything she has going on!
